Research iGaming serves an international audience across the gaming industry. Research iGaming (Pty) Ltd is registered in South Africa only. Making the Website available in other countries does not mean that we are registered, licensed or established in those countries. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you where you access the Website.

You may use the Website for lawful, informational and professional purposes. You must not:

Some services are delivered through separate platforms (for example academy.researchigaming.com and riexperts.app), which may have their own terms.

Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract or guarantee that we will provide a service. Any services are subject to separate agreement.

Research iGaming does not offer gambling services. Industry Hub content, including country regulation information, is general information only and is not legal, regulatory, tax or professional advice. Always confirm requirements with the relevant regulator or a qualified adviser.

Unless stated otherwise, the Website and its content — including text, design, logos, graphics, images and video, and the Research iGaming, RI Academy, RI Experts and RI Impact names and marks — are owned by or licensed to Research iGaming (Pty) Ltd and are protected by intellectual property laws.
